親子活動:手指想旅行 Parent-child activity: Finger walking

It doesn’t feel good not being able to go out for months. We get less chance to move our bodies around and to do things we used to do. Why not take on an imaginative trip with your kids together while staying home?

Let them take the lead. Finger-walk together with them to places they’d love to visit after the pandemic has passed. Whenever you arrive a spot, pause a bit and have some conversations around the places. Ask open questions to help them engage, like ‘What do you want to do in the zoo? Who do you want to go with? How does it feel to be there?’ etc.

Enjoy the fun of finger walking! You may change the walking rhythm according to how both of you feel visiting the places!
